San José Clean Energy (SJCE) is seeking proposals from power suppliers (Sellers) to supply firm CAISO NP15 shaped energy quantities June through October of 2022; and/or June through October 2022 and 2023; and/or June through October 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Energy transacted through this RFP will be scheduled as Inter-SC Trades (ISTs) in the CAISO day-ahead market (IFM).
Suppliers should shape the CAISO NP15 ISTs to match the daily hourly load profile for each month defined in the attached workbook. Hourly shapes shall be delivered Monday through Sunday, including holidays of the applicable month. Bidders must provide all quantities requested in each term and bid one price for all such energy.

California Community Power (CC Power) has issued a Request for Offers (RFO) for up to 200 megawatts (MW) of Firm Clean Resources through one or more projects, with deliveries beginning no later than June 1, 2026. Firm Clean Resources produce renewable energy on demand and include geothermal and biomass sources. the RFO can be found on the CC Power website.
CC Power is a Joint Powers Agency, comprised of 10 California Community Choice Aggregators (CCAs) – Central Coast Community Energy, CleanPowerSF, East Bay Community Energy, MCE, Peninsula Clean Energy, Redwood Coast Energy Authority, San José Clean Energy, Silicon Valley Clean Energy, Sonoma Clean Power and Valley Clean Energy.

SJCE’s 2021 program and project capacity limit is 1.7 MW, with the minimum project size being 0.5 MW. Behind‐the‐meter projects, non‐renewable technologies, and other complementary technologies such as energy storage are not eligible.

San José Clean Energy (SJCE) is seeking proposals from power suppliers (Sellers) to supply CAISO NP15 firm energy quantities for the periods listed in the attached Excel file. Energy transacted through this RFP will be scheduled as Inter-SC Trades (IST’s) in the CAISO day-ahead market (IFM).
SJCE plans to purchase each of the energy products listed in the attached file, but reserves the right to reject any or all offers. SJCE will consider pricing for the quantities (or fraction thereof) and products listed in the attached spreadsheet.

Dispatchable CAISO Energy Q3 2021
San José Clean Energy (SJCE) is seeking indicative offers from power suppliers (Sellers) to supply dispatchable energy backed by a physical resource in the third quarters of 2021 through 2025. Energy indicatively offered through this RFI would be scheduled as Inter-SC Trades (IST’s) in the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) day-ahead market (IFM) when SJCE calls upon the resource.
SJCE will consider alternative, non-confirming indicative offers that achieve the intent of this solicitation. Please describe your offer in the Note section of the attached Bid Form.

SAN JOSE CLEAN ENERGY TECHNICAL CONSULTING SERVICES
The Community Energy Department, which operates San José Clean Energy (SJCE), is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide technical consulting services for SJCE.
Successful consultants will assist with priority areas that include load forecasting and portfolio management systems; energy risk management and analysis; electricity rates and cost of service studies; and California Independent System Operator (CAISO) and market operation support.
Proposal responses must be submitted by February 1, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. PT through Biddingo.
