Did you know you can cook traditional Chinese cuisine using an induction cooktop? Learn about the magnetic magic of induction cooking and how you can make the switch from gas with no compromise and many benefits!

The City of Cupertino and the County of Santa Clara’s Office of Sustainability is pleased to invite you to a FREE live cooking experience featuring celebrity chef, Martin Yan. Chef Yan is a TV personality, James Beard Lifetime Achievement Award winner, restauranteer and induction cooking expert. He uses his culinary skills to demystify the art of induction cooking.

Join us as Chef Martin makes some of his signature recipes (samples provided) from his latest cookbook, Best of Yan Can Cook, while discussing the benefits of electric induction cooking – a safer, healthier, and higher-performance cooking alternative to natural gas.

In addition to learning about induction cooking, you will also have the chance to learn about energy saving programs and community resources:
