The County of Santa Clara and ICAN are pleased to invite you to a FREE live cooking experience featuring celebrity chef, Tú David Phu, a Bay Area native and Top Chef Alumnus, to demystify induction cooking. Join us as Chef Tú makes his delicious truffle fried rice (samples provided) while discussing the benefits of electric induction cooking – a safer, healthier, and higher-performance cooking alternative to natural gas.
In addition to learning about induction cooking, you will also have the chance to learn about energy saving programs and community resources:
