The Santa Clara County Public Health Department is organizing a Resource Fair this January at the Story Road Hub in East San José!
Join the Santa Clara County Public Health Department at their Resource Fair where you can receive a variety of free health services like
- COVID vaccines for anyone 12+ who are uninsured and underinsured (while supplies last)
- Flu vaccines for anyone ages 3+ (while supplies last)
- Food boxes (while supplies last)
