The City of San José, a California municipal corporation, administering the San José Clean Energy community choice aggregation program (SJCE) is soliciting competitive proposals for the sale and purchase of renewable low carbon or thermal with reduced carbon emissions energy and/or energy storage consistent with the terms and provisions in this Request for Offers (RFO).
To promote efficiency and accuracy in communications, all Respondents must submit any inquiries via email to LongTermRFO@sanjoseca.gov.
