What should I do?

DO NOT WAIT TO TAKE ACTION. To avoid having your electricity turned off, you need to contact PG&E as soon as possible. Advise them of your situation, set up a payment plan, and ask about financial assistance programs. You may qualify for resources to prevent your services from being disconnected in the future.

Contact PG&E
Reach out to PG&E and tell them you have received a disconnection notice and find out what your options are to stop the process.
Make a Payment
Call or go online to request a payment plan with PG&E. A payment plan will stop the disconnection process and give you time to apply for assistance programs.
