Integrated Resource Plans (IRP)

These long-term utility plans are submitted every two years to the California Public Utilities Commission. They forecast load and energy needs, detail how to achieve state and local climate goals, and model renewable energy integration.

  • Rate Change January 1, 2023: Maintain GreenSource renewable content at 60%, suspend GreenValue service and transfer customers to GreenSource, establish cost-of-service model for setting rates that are competitive with PG&E, and increase SJ Cares customer discount from 5% to 10% – Memo
