  • Rate Change January 1, 2023: Maintain GreenSource renewable content at 60%, suspend GreenValue service and transfer customers to GreenSource, establish cost-of-service model for setting rates that are competitive with PG&E, and increase SJ Cares customer discount from 5% to 10% – Memo
  • Rate Change July 1, 2022: Set rates for GreenSource up to 8% above PG&E relative to Franchise Fee Surcharge  and PCIA; set rates for GreenValue at parity to PG&E rates relative to Franchise Fee Surcharge and PCIA; set rates for TotalGreen at $0.005 or $0.01 per kilowatt-hour above GreenSource depending on rate class; and set rates for SJ Cares program to no less than 5% below PG&E relative to Franchise Fee Surcharge and PCIA – Memo
